Kirsten is trained in Psychedelic style breathwork for Transpersonal states, Energetic breathwork for vitality, Tantric breathwork for awakening Kundalini energy and practicing sacred sexuality, Breathwork for meditative states, Breathwork for trauma healing and Shamanic breathwork for mystical states and deep healing.
