My perspective on spirituality: I choose Love.

I believe we do not need to identify with or follow only one specific tradition or path of healing.

Identifying with a specific tradition or forms of healing can be helpful in discovery ourself and evolving our soul.

But in a sense, identifying as being rooted in one  tradition or practice could possibly be limiting if we do not allow ourselves to be open to new possibilities and new ways of being.

It’s important to understand the roots of the practices that resonate with you, to learn about where we came from and how we can continue to evolve; however, I believe we do not have to choose one tradition to categorize ourselves. Rather, if one form of healing practice is your soul calling, I deeply respect and support that.

Instead of trying to identify ourselves and fit ourselves into a specific tradition or way of being, we can choose Love. Purpose. Kindness. Unity. Compassion. Oneness. Wholeness. Connection. Self expression. Healing. Transformation. Evolution. Or whatever resonates with your soul & spirit.

I’ve been searching for ways to identify myself and what I believe. I've come to believe that so many spiritual practices originate from similar roots. And it’s just about using the practices that resonate with your heart and soul. We are here to live our unique path, which means it’s never been done before, which means you are free to learn, explore and practice anything and everything that lights up your soul.

With peace and love,

Kirsten
